After you activate your subscription on your iStar/Dragon box, you can use your device to access multimedia content which is provided by other companies. iStar/Dragon is a reseller and has no affiliation or control over the content provided to the End User. When you activate your iStar/Dragon device, you agree to an end-user license agreement (“EULA”) for that device.
Information you provide
Information you provide iStar/Dragon through the iStarbox website or iStar/Dragon boxes (such as your name, email address, postal address, billing and shipping information, product purchase information, credit card and other payment data, product registration information, and demographics), are used to provide a better service to our valued customers.
We also collect the personal information of other people, for example, if you provide email addresses of friends for referrals or postal addresses of recipients for gift purchases. We rely on you to obtain the permission of those other people to provide their personal information to us.
We may also combine information you provide with data we collect automatically (as further described below) and with data we receive from third parties.
Information we collect automatically
iStarbox Site data
We may also automatically collect information related to the use of iStar/Dragon Sites – for example, we collect your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile device ID, access times, browser type and language, and the websites you visited before coming to an iStarbox Site. We also use cookies and related technologies such as web beacons to better understand your needs, remember your preferences, and to provide targeted advertising. Istar/Dragon Device data
We regularly and automatically collect information about your iStar/Dragon Devices and your usage. The collected information includes, for example, the IP address associated with your iStar/Dragon Devices, your device types and models, device identifiers (including iStar/Dragon Identifiers for Advertisers (RIDAs)), the retailer to whom your device was shipped, various quality measures, error logs, software version numbers, Wi-Fi network name (SSID – service set identifier) and strength. We also collect usage data such as your search history (including letters you key in for searches, and utterances provided if you choose to use voice search (if available on your iStar/Dragon Device)), search results, content and advertisements you select and view and content settings and preferences, channels you add and view, including time and duration in the channels, and other usage statistics.

iStar Australia RETURN policy:
- No Return is acceptable unless the box is not operating due to a factory defect.
- The box shall not be returned after the Online code is used.
- The warranty covers boxes and devices purchased from our website ONLY.
- Accepted returned item by iStar Australia should be in the original condition and package.
- Items not returned in their original packing condition are not covered by our refund policy.
- 30% restocking fees will be applied for all approved returned items.
- If the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, iStar Australia Services will repair it, at no charge to the register first owner. A new warranty does not start with the replacement of a product or after repair.
- The customer is to cover the postage fee in case of returning.
- The fees of codes are non-refundable after the code is shared with the valued customer.
- Customer is responsible for any misspellings in personal details, contact details and postal addresses.
